-Collect basic contact information -Get project address and description -Request any current design documents and pictures -Set up an on-site consultation On-Site Consultation: -Review scope of work with client -Rough Field measurements -Asses structural components and challenges -Get an idea for finishes -Provide timeline for estimates Prepare Proposal -Line item budget -Time line (CPM Schedule) -List of unknown or challenging factors -List of references and similar projects Contract Meeting -Formalize contract with client -Discuss and mutually agree on project financing City and Jurisdiction -Preparation and submittal on architectural and structural drawings to the city. -Work with city on obtaining project approval Construction -Pre Construction Meeting -Weekly Construction Meeting -Progress Pictures During Construction -On-site Meeting during Critial Construction Components or selections Closeout -Final City Inspection -Client Final Walkthrough -Punchlist Completion Warranty -1 Year Standard Warranty On All Projects
